Key Responsibilities – Site Supervision / Construction Management
🔹 1. Preparation & Planning
• Review of technical drawings, P&IDs, and construction packages
• Participation in constructability and risk assessments
• Coordination of material deliveries and site logistics
• Supporting planning and scheduling with field input
🔹 2. Daily Site Coordination
• Leading daily toolbox talks and safety briefings
• Supervising subcontractors and discipline leads (civil, piping, E&I, etc.)
• Monitoring daily progress and work fronts
• Reporting site activities to project management/client
🔹 3. HSE Compliance
• Ensuring strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental procedures
• Overseeing Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems and LOTO's
• Conducting safety walks and participating in audits
• Immediate response to unsafe conditions or incidents
🔹 4. Technical Oversight
• Monitoring construction quality and technical execution
• Verifying compliance with industry codes and client specifications
• Managing punch lists and supporting pre-commissioning activities
• Coordinating with QA/QC for inspections and testing
🔹 5. Interface & Stakeholder Management
• Liaising between contractors, vendors, engineering, and clients
• Addressing design conflicts and proposing field solutions
• Participating in coordination and progress meetings
🔹 6. Handover & Close-Out
• Preparing systems for mechanical completion and startup
• Supporting commissioning and final walkdowns
• Ensuring proper documentation and as-built data is handed over
• Leading site demobilization and handover to operations
🔹 Optional: For Shutdowns & Turnarounds
• Managing high-intensity work during short windows
• Coordinating multiple crews and disciplines under time pressure
• Tracking critical path and responding to delays
• Supervising confined space and hot work execution
